Dobrini promotes volunteering and active citizenship among young people aged 15-29 years and build a community of young volunteers wishing to develop skills and knowledge in terms of social initiatives, leadership and active citizenship. Dobrini is a project of the SMART Foundation funded within the National Programme for Youth 2011-2015.
